We are a well-established, Family counseling practice in North Raleigh accepting resumes for fully licensed professionals. Rosario Counseling & Associates will consider fully licensed mental health therapists to join our practice to work with a variety of clients including, children, adolescents and adults providing individual, family and marriage counseling.
Our Team is passionate about renewing hope, while restoring individuals and families through providing an array of innovative services. RCA therapists are clinically trained professionals dedicated to the well-being of our clients, addressing the balance of physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social elements.
Our experienced team provides a full range of services from counseling and consultation, to collaborating with other providers as permitted by the client. We provide an extensive array of tests and assessments for psychological, behavioral, and emotional concerns as well as diagnostic purposes. In addition, we provide educational services speaking at Conferences, Retreats, and Special Events.
Currently we have referrals and current clients to transition to our newest member of our team. Caseloads are built over time therefore numbers of hours initially are fluid with the goal of seeing 20 patients a week.
RCA uses electronic scheduling, charting and billing accessed through passwords and user Id to your personal laptop.
This is a contract fee for service position. Split fee (varies based on level of experience).
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed in the state of North Carolina to provide mental health services and in good standing.
- 5 years of outpatient/inpatient and/or private practice experience
- Background working with children, adults and families
- Ability to see clients 2 early evenings a week
- Carries malpractice insurance
Responsibilities Include:
- Candidate will provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Completes intake assessments
- Determines clinical diagnosis of symptoms
- Provide professional, ethical, and clinically sound services
- Candidate is responsible for marketing
- Candidate able to meet client retention rates
- Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Candidate will take part in periodic clinical supervision
- Candidate will participate in group supervision
- Designs individual treatment plans
- Candidate will attend regular team meetings
