Telehealth or Telemedicine refers to sessions via phone or video counseling (via conferencing over the internet with encrypted HIPPA-compliant software). With a telehealth visit, the therapist comes to the patient on their phone, laptop, or another digital device using the web cam/built in video camera.
At this time, telehealth is scheduled through the RCA front office.
